Today’s workout is all about the cardio! You’ll be running and intermittently doing other exercises. This will help you break up the run, but will also tire you out in different ways. This will be as much of a mental challenge as it will be a physical challenge! Do your best to regulate your breathing - the more you allow yourself to breathe shallow, the more quickly you’ll get tired, and the harder the workout will feel.

Left-Side World’s Greatest Stretch 10 seconds
Downward Dog 10 seconds
Right-Side World’s Greatest Stretch 10 seconds

Complete as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes of
Run 45 seconds
15 Air Squats
Run 45 seconds
10 Reverse Crunches
Run 45 seconds
Plank 15 seconds

Pike Stretch 2 minutes
Pigeon Stretch 90 seconds per side
Standing Quad Stretch 90 seconds per side
