In today’s workout, you’ll be completing as many rounds as you can of Cossack Squats, Jumping Jacks, and Mountain Climbers. You’ll be breathing pretty heavily!
In the Cossack Squats, make sure that you are still striving for full range of motion, aiming to get your hips below your knee while maintaining a flat foot, with your body weight over your whole foot rather than just your toes or just your heel.

Warm-Up:
2 Rounds, slow and steady
Light Jog 3 minutes
Rest 1 minute

Workout:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of
12 Cossack Squats
40 Jumping Jacks
40 Mountain Climbers

Cool-Down:
2 Rounds, slow and steady
Pigeon Stretch 60 seconds per side
Downward Dog 60 seconds
Cobra Stretch 60 seconds
