STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES
Our Strength & Conditioning classes are our signature blend of both strength training and conditioning circuit work that is designed to get you as fit and healthy as possible. Workouts are written by a physician with your safety and wellbeing in mind, and each class has warm-ups and mobility/cool-downs specific for the day, so you know you can leave your worries about injury at the door.
CARDIO BLAST CLASSES
Cardio Blast is CJ Strength's take on Boot Camp classes; fun, interval-style circuit training sessions are made up of mostly dumbbell, kettlebell, and body weight workouts to keep it simple and get you as sweaty as possible!
