Interested in starting our classes?

Great, we can’t wait to meet you!

The best way to get started with us is by signing up for our No-Sweat Intro. This is a quick 20- to 30-minute meeting that allows us to get to know each other in person, introduce you to the facility, and find the best way to get you set up at CJ Strength. If you have some experience with group fitness classes, we might decide it’s best for you to jump right in! If not, we can explore a few different options and see which will be the best fit for you.
