Got questions about the gym or our classes? Don’t worry. Check out this list or feel free to reach out.

  • We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early. This gives you plenty of time to meet your coach, ask any questions, and check out the facility.

  • Say hi! The coach on the floor is excited to meet you and help you with whatever you need.

  • CJ Strength & Conditioning classes are coach-led group strength and conditioning classes. Our expert coaches will take you through a group warm-up, a strength-based weight lifting session, and end with some sweaty conditioning or accessory work!

  • Absolutely! Our workouts are often self-paced so you’re not trying to keep up with anyone else, and all of our coaches love helping people make adjustments however and whenever needed to ensure safety and fun.

  • Wear athletic clothes that are comfortable to move and sweat in.

  • Any sneakers or athletic shoes that you feel comfortable in. Because our driveway is not paved, we do ask that you bring a separate pair of shoes to wear inside so that dirt doesn’t get tracked into the workout space.

  • We sure do! Two shower stalls are ready for you after class. We provide bath and body products, but please bring your own towel.
