At CJ Strength & Conditioning, we want to make sure that we're the right fit for you. We offer a free consultation so that we can get to know you and your fitness goals. During the consultation, we'll talk about your past exercise experience, any injuries or pain points, and what you hope to achieve through personal training. Our focus is on making sure that our program meets your needs and helps you reach your goals. If you're looking for a space that truly focuses on you as an individual, then we may be the right fit for you. Starting with the consult is the first step so we can be sure.

OUR PROCESS

  • If we are absolutely certain we can help you reach your goals, the first step is personal training with a professional on our staff. We start with an assessment to understand where you currently are so that we can make informed decisions to help you move closer towards your goals.

  • Once your trainer has gained an understanding of who you are, where you’ve been, and where you want to go, they will build a prescriptive plan for you. You’ll be introduced to and taught how to execute movements that will help you reach your goals. We also focus on nutrition, breathing and recovery. All of these elements are important in order to get the most out of our sessions together. Our approach to training is uniquely adaptive - it evolves as you do. We take an individualized approach to training, with a focus on improving movement, strength and confidence

  • It is our goal to work ourselves out of a job. The Autonomy Phase is a multi-step process to help you gain physical freedom. At this point, your training moves to a custom-tailored program that your trainer delivers to you remotely, with frequent touch points and check-ins with you to continue to provide mentorship. We use the latest technology to monitor your progress, and to make sure you're staying on track. Our end goal is for you to become a self-sufficient person - should you continue to work with us, it’s out of desire rather than necessity.
